Class Tuition Policies:

1. Tuition is based on number of class hours taken. Tuition for multiple classes, by one student or an immediate family group, are combined, when enrolled together for a semester at the same time.  Changes made after the initial enrollment will incur a $10 Change Fee.

2. Total Semester Cost is inclusive of class tuition, registration and basic recital fees.  No further fees are collected for most classes.  *** SEE NOTE

***   Some classes (e.g. costuming, makeup) may require materials fees. The fee is due with the class deposit.

****   Dance classes may have costume costs added if the class elects to use costumes for recitals. These will be paid by parents directly.

3. A $50 tuition deposit, per-child per-class, must be paid at enrollment.

4. Payment plans are available for families. Details are available by contacting the Registrar, Gina Galante.

5. Finance plan payments made later than 10-days after the 1st class of the month will incur a $20 late-pay charge. Payments not made before the 2nd class of the month will result in the student being removed from class and the remaining balance being accelerated.

6. VOICE CLASSES are offered at CATS by the voice teacher for the convenience of the voice students. The teacher sets hours, prices, qualifications and requirements, including recitals and material costs. Voice classes do not combine with other CATS classes for tuition and are not discounted.

7. Homeschool classes are available with a discount. Call the Registrar, Gina Galante for details.

8. Financial assistance and scholarships may be available, depending on grant money from independent grant agencies. Applications may be obtained from the registrar and submitted for consideration.  Granting of financial or scholarship assistance require parents to commit to volunteer activities for the semester AND the student covered will be expected to commit to the full class program and perform volunteer duties. Financial assistance information is maintained by the Executives of CATS in strict privacy.
