Important Ticket Information
Lap Passes
All persons, (excluding infants age 1mo-11mo), must have a ticket to enter the Theatre. Lap Passes are $4 for each show, and are available for children age 12 -35 months old.
Ticket Exchanges & Refunds
Tickets may not be exchanged for another performance. There are no refunds. We regret that ticket exchanges cannot be accommodated.
Latecomers Seating
Latecomers’ advanced-purchase tickets will be released fifteen minutes prior to public performances to standby patrons.
Missed Performances
CATS does not offer compensation for missed performances or refunds on ticket purchases. CATS also maintains a policy of not cancelling performances due to inclement weather.
Show Day
CATS Box Office is open one hour prior to each performance. Theater doors open for seating 30-minutes prior to show start.Tickets should be picked up from the Will Call window at least 20 minutes prior to show time. All seats must be paid for when they are reserved.
