It is assumed that a standard glass holds 250 ml. And probably this was guided by someone who once said that you should drink 8 glasses of water. However, this is nothing less than just 2 liters of water. The same amount of water assumes a different myth that says that water should be drunk 2 liters a day. Probably most of us have heard one of these versions – 8 glasses or 2 liters of water a day. If you stick to these rules, then the second variant is certainly easier to do and “imagine” without losing track. An average bottle of water in a store (the larger one) contains 1.5 liters.
